To obtain refills, contact the pharmacy where you usually have your prescriptions filled. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your refill request. If you have not been seen in the office for some time you may be required to have a follow up visit with your physician prior to receiving additional refills. Requests for antibiotics and pain medications require an office visit and are not routinely prescribed or refilled after hours.

Many insurance plans require that special authorizations be obtained prior to seeing specialists or before certain procedures. As a service to our patients, we will assist in the required authorization. We do require up to 3 working days to process your request.

Patients are seen by appointment only. If you believe you will be late for your appointment, please call the office as soon as possible.  You may be able to have your appointment rescheduled for later the same day or be worked in between our other scheduled patients. 

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours to avoid a No Show Charge of $50.  Same Day Appointments may also be charged a No Show Charge if not cancelled or rescheduled timely to allow for rebooking.  We do charge a $50 missed appointment fee for any appointment that is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time.
