Welcome to patients of Family Practice in Bealeton!

Fauquier Hospital is proud to announce that beginning June 14 your laboratory services will be provided locally by your community hospital laboratory. Phlebotomy services will continue to be provided on site as you are currently experiencing.

In addition you may choose to come to the hospital for blood collection. Our Laboratory Outpatient Center is accessed conveniently through the hospital Main Entrance. Hours of operation are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Mon - Fri and 8 am – noon on Sat. Patients are received outside of those hours in the Main Lab located on the Lower Level of the hospital.

Providing laboratory services through the hospital provides an integrated medical record for you and your physician wherever you may receive care in our system.

Fauquier Hospital partners with two outstanding reference laboratories, Mayo Medical Laboratories and Piedmont Medical Laboratory to provide a full menu of testing capabilities for our patients.

Our goal during this transition is to provide you with an exceptional laboratory experience and high quality testing. If you experience anything less, we want to hear from you. Please contact Lisa Tacha, Core Laboratory Supervisor at 540.316.5600 for all inquiries or concerns.

Welcome to Fauquier Health Family Practice! Our practice offers a wide range of medical care for patients of all ages.  We believe strongly in the prevention of disease and encourage our patients to have routine physicals, pap smears, blood work, mammograms, and colonoscopies. We stress the importance of diet and exercise in maintaining good health and will assist you in developing a healthy lifestyle. Our facility is equipped with a minor procedure surgical suite allowing us to perform biopsies and minor surgeries.

We ask that you be prepared to present your ID and insurance cards so that we can properly bill your insurance for you.
